Campaigns
Trey’s Law seeks to end the misuse of NDAs against child sexual abuse and trafficking victims in civil settlement agreements.
Texas and Missouri passed Trey’s Law during the 2025 legislative session, sparking a nationwide movement to prioritize survivors’ freedom of speech as a matter of public safety.
The Trey’s Law campaign also works on research, education and awareness—as well as supporting and connecting survivors in pursuit of healing and justice.
The Campaign for Camp Safety was launched by a coalition of parents of the 27 girls (“Heaven’s 27”) who lost their lives while in the care of Camp Mystic during the July 2025 floods. From the deepest grief has come a commitment: to ensure other families never suffer the same heartbreak and preventable loss.
The Campaign for Camp Safety’s mission is to ensure that the American tradition of summer camp continues, while avoiding preventable disasters and harm to children.
Statute of Limitations Initiative
Research shows that most survivors of childhood sexual abuse and trafficking don’t disclose what happened to them until decades after the abuse occurred. However, outdated Statutes of Limitations in many states close the doors to justice long before victims are ready even to disclose their abuse, let alone pursue legal action. This flaw in the system protects bad actors by putting victims on a deadline they may not even know exists.
No More Victims Alliance partners with organizations across the country to advance Statute of Limitations reform in pursuit of healing, accountability, and prevention. When survivors have the time and opportunity to pursue justice, patterns of abuse are uncovered, institutions are held to higher standards, and children are protected from predators. Reforming these arbitrary statutes isn’t just about the past—it’s about creating a safer future for generations to come.
